The Friends of St. Mary’s Church invite you to submit art works for their annual Art Exhibition. All forms of visual art will be welcomed, e.g. photographs and three-dimensional art, such as pottery, sculpture, or jewelry. These must be original art works, with the exception of prints of original art works.
.Closing date for entries is 21st March 2012.

Last years exhibition was a great success with huge thanks going out to Amanda Hibbert and her team. We were fortunate to welcome 90 artists and sold 32 of 400 exhibits over the course of a busy, friendly weekend. Final figures for 2010, we made a profit of £1630.

Exclusive preview night by invitation only for Artists, Friends of St.Mary's members and previous purchasers.
Entry Conditions
- Exhibits for display will be received at St Mary’s Church Whittlesey on Wednesday 18th April, between 5.00pm & 8.00pm. Please do not come before this time.
- The Exhibition opens with a preview, wine reception and buffet on the evening of Thursday 19th April from 7.00pm to 9.00pm.
- Exhibits not sold must be collected on Monday 23rd April between 5.00pm & 8.00pm from the church. Please do not come before this time. Artists will also receive any money for works sold.
- An exhibition fee of £2.00 per item will be payable on delivery of exhibits. Please remember to retain your receipts, as exhibits will not be released at the end of the exhibition without them.
- Exhibits will be on display at the owner’s risk. When not attended the Church will be locked.
- Please show on the reverse of your work, your name, address and the title of the work.
- Work should be presented ready to display, i.e. framed, eyelets and ‘D’ rings and picture cord or wire, no string please.
- 10% commission will be charged on all direct sales and any sales or commissions raised as a result of the exhibition.
N.B – Uncollected work will remain in Church and will be the responsibility of the Artist to arrange collection with the Churchwarden.
